Career Benefit Details T3 Software Builders makes benefit plans available for employees and their families. For full-time employees, T3 pays for the cost of medical and dental for the employee; this amount is deducted from the total cost if additional coverage is selected. Paid holidays and vacation apply to full-time employees only. Health, dental and life insurance coverage is available for hourly consultants as an option at full cost.

MAMSI Medical/Vision Coverage (Members Only)
Term Life Insurance $50,000.00. Paid by T3.
Profit Sharing Eligible to enter plan on January 1st or July 1st after the 1st year anniversary date. Yearly contribution amounts to be determined by employer.
401(K) After three full months of employment employee will be eligible to contribute on the first day of the following quarter. Employee may contribute up to 10% of qualified income on a pre-tax basis. Employer match/contribution amounts will be determined on a yearly basis.
IRS Section 529 College Savings Plan A great way to save for your kids' college in a tax-deferred way. Earnings are taxed at the beneficiary's rate at time of withdrawal. Can change beneficiaries and can be used at any school in the US.
Employee Vacation Up to Ten days during 1st year. Up to Fifteen days the 2nd year. Up to Twenty days in 5th year.
Holidays Eight Paid Holidays: New Years Day. President's Day. Memorial Day. Independence Day. Labor Day. Thanksgiving Thursday + Friday. Christmas Day.
